Cariosus - "Anima Made Flesh" (Single) Review

"Chicago's heinous Deathcore outfit, Cariosus have graced us with a brand new track entitled, "Anima made flesh." Cariosus, a band well known for their ability to provoke evil melodies topped over hulking breakdowns in the vein of WhiteChapel and Carnifex, separate themselves from everybody else playing metal in the local scene currently. Using speed, technicality and slashing riffs, Cariosus blend together sounds that make you feel like you are trapped in a morgue with no escape.

This is the first music the band has released since their crushing debut album Crime & Punishment in early 2015 and I couldn't be more pleased with the result. "Anima Made Flesh" punishes the listener from start to finish. With the new single Cariosus have developed sinister sounds with a savage intent to make your ears bleed. The single offers an impressive raw variety of screams which Alex Pfister displays rather sadistically. The instruments in this track are composed in a technical frenzy and create a very skilled fury of sounds. Stay tuned in to the track until the very end as the last 40 seconds will bludgeon you into a bloody pulp. Enjoy!"
